In summer, your feet naturally sweat to regulate body temperature. Although seemingly harmless, this perspiration can lead to problems with your cleats.
Taking good care of your cleats will make them look better for longer, and (more importantly) it will keep your cleats in better working condition.
Here are our recommendations to make them look better for longer, and (more importantly) keep them in better working condition.
Let’s start with the don’t:
⚠️ DO NOT use any kind of solvent
⚠️ DO NOT use a washing machine or a dryer: that would harm the materials, moisten the inner foams, and help the growth of bacteria.
⚠️ DO NOT let them dry in direct sunlight on the rear parcel shelf
You can now follow these steps:
1️⃣ Remove the cleats from the bag.
2️⃣ Take your insoles off: They absorb most of the moisture, removing them will help the rest of the cleats dry faster.
3️⃣ Let the cleats in a well-ventilated, dry area.
