If a size or color is grayed out and can't be selected, it means that this combination is currently out of stock. Please contact us to find out when it will be available again.

TOKAY operates two warehouses: one in France for European orders, and one in California, USA for the rest of the world. Some products may not be available in both warehouses. When placing your order, choose your shipping country in the top right corner of the website. If your product is not available in the warehouse serving your delivery country, you will receive an error message.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to stop the shipment.

If your order has already been processed and shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it. However, once you receive the package, you can return all or part of your order within 14 days of receipt. For assistance with returns, please reach out to us.

One placed on our website, our warehouses will need 1 to 2 business days to fulfill your order. You will then receive a shipping confirmation once your order is sent. On specific periods of the year, such as black friday, our warehouse can requires 1 to 2 more business days to fulfill the orders.

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number. This number allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time, so you can know exactly when to expect your TOKAY cleats. Make sure to check your spam or promotions folder, as sometimes these emails can be filtered there.

If you haven’t received your tracking email within 2 weeks of placing your order, please contact us at hello@tokay-ultimate.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you in locating your shipment or providing tracking information.

For international orders, please note that shipping times may vary depending on customs clearance and other external factors. If you experience any delays, feel free to reach out to us for further assistance.

To find the right size for your TOKAY cleats, follow these simple guidelines:
- If you’re using US Men sizing: Go half a size down from your usual shoe size.
- If you’re using US Women, UK, or EU sizing: Order your usual size.

Please refer to your usual shoe size, not your cleats size, as cleats can differ, especially if you use soccer cleats. For the most accurate fit, check the UK size of your best-fitting running or training shoes and order the same UK size for your TOKAYs.

TOKAY cleats are unisex and available in a wide range of sizes.
While we reference both men’s and women’s US sizes for convenience, we don’t distinguish between men’s and women’s fits. Feet vary in width—men can have narrow feet, and women can have wide feet—so we opted for a more versatile design. Each pair of cleats comes with two sets of insoles: the thinner yellow insoles and the thicker blue insoles, allowing you to customize the width for a more personalized fit.

TOKAY cleats come in one standard width, but they include two pairs of interchangeable insoles to customize the fit for your feet:
- Thin yellow insoles: Provide more room for wider feet.
- Thicker blue insoles: Offer a snugger fit for average-sized feet.

These removable insoles also make it easy to swap in your own orthopedic insoles if needed, ensuring maximum comfort and customization.

TOKAY cleats are designed with additional stitching and reinforced materials to minimize stretching and deformation over time. While a small amount of stretching may occur, particularly during the initial wear, the cleats are built to maintain their shape and provide a consistent fit throughout their lifespan.

Step 1: Try our lacing technique
Use this lacing technique to avoid getting blisters and wearing out the heel of your cleats. It secures your heel without tightening the rest of the shoe and even provides additional ankle support.

Step 2: Adjust with the right insoles
Each pair of TOKAY Flights comes with two types of insoles: thinner yellow ones and thicker blue ones. Depending on the width of your feet, swapping the insoles can help customize the fit for better comfort.

Step 3: Contact us for an exchange
If your cleats are still new and unused, we’re happy to offer an exchange. Please reach out to us at hello@tokay-ultimate.com and provide the following information:
- Your order number (if applicable)
- A brief description of the sizing issue
- Photos of the cleats, including one showing them laced on your feet with your big toe position visible.

You will receive an email with the gift card details, including a unique code that can be applied at checkout. You can also choose to send the gift card directly to the recipient’s email on a specified date, making it easy to plan the perfect gift.

By playing ultimate, your cleats will often get dirty and wet. That is totally fine. But it is much better for your cleats if they do not stay muddy and wet for too long. So: clean them, let them dry, and use your cleats like cleats.

CLEANING – clean your cleats regularly Mud gets into the fabric pores and over time this affects the breathability, flexibility and therefore also the durability of your cleats. Simply use a wet towel or sponge to remove the mud off of your cleats after a muddy training or tournament. Do NOT use solvents to clean your cleats and do NOT put your cleats into the washing machine. This will moisten the inner foams and help the growth of bacteria.

DRYING – allow your cleats to dry Encourage your cleats to dry naturally by placing them in a dry and well-ventilated area. Remove the insoles and let these dry separately. Insoles usually retain a lot of water and absorb most of your foot sweat. If your cleats are very wet you can also put some balled up newspaper paper into them to help absorb out the moisture. For many of us, just taking our cleats out of our bags after practice is a good first step in the right direction.

Even more importantly: do not actively dry your cleats by putting them in the dryer, on a radiator, or blasting them with a hairdryer. As with all cleats, active drying methods are quite bad for cleats and will cause the materials to break more quickly.

OFF FIELD TIPS – use your cleats properly Finally, use your cleats like cleats. Work them hard, but please do not walk on concrete in your cleats. This will damage the studs and might even sharpen them. While that might sound cool in theory, it can hurt quite a bit in practice. So stay safe, and change out of your cleats if you need to walk across an area of concrete.

Wear flip-flops between games, but don’t wear your cleats like flip-flops. The reinforced heel counter plays an integral role in the functionality of your cleats, wearing your cleats like flip-flops will damage the heel and decrease functionality of the cleats overall. Taking your cleats off between games is also really good for your feet. Pop on a change of socks and you and your cleats will both feel brand new.

Properly maintaining your TOKAY cleats not only keeps them looking good, but more importantly, it ensures they stay in peak performance condition. While TOKAY cleats are designed for durability, regular care will help extend their lifespan and keep them functioning at their best during games and training.

By cleaning and drying your cleats correctly, you can prevent damage, preserve their materials, and maintain their grip, support, and comfort over time.

If your cleats are new and unused, exchanges are no problem. You’ll need to return the pair to us, and we’ll send you a new pair for free. We have return addresses in California (USA), Quebec (Canada), and France.

If you prefer not to cover return shipping costs, you can also consider reselling the cleats to a teammate, and we will offer free shipping on your next pair.

At TOKAY, we strive to balance performance and durability, knowing our products will be tested in demanding conditions. However, despite thorough design and field tests, production issues can occur. We stand behind our products and offer the following warranty:
- Less than 6 months: We will exchange your cleats for free.
- 6 to 12 months: We offer a 50% discount on your next pair.
- 12 to 18 months: We offer a 30% discount on your next pair.

This warranty covers production defects, such as issues caused by improper materials or manufacturing errors. It does not cover wear and tear from intense use or damage caused by improper maintenance. To make a warranty claim, please contact us at hello@tokay-ultimate.com with:
- Your order number or associated name and purchase date
- Photos of the defect and the label under the tongue
- A photo showing your toes inside the cleats when laced up

This warranty is limited to one exchange per order.

Once you’ve received your order, you can cancel and return part or all of your purchase within 30 days of receiving the products. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To qualify for a return, products must be new, unused, and sent back in their original packaging, including the box and any other materials they arrived with.
