For the most accurate fit, check the UK size of your best-fitting running or training shoes and order the same UK size for your TOKAYs.

Don't have a pair of runnings closeby? You can follow these simple guidelines:

  • If you’re using US Men sizing → go half a size down from your usual shoe size.
  • If you’re using US Women, UK, or EU sizing → order your usual size.

Please refer to your casual shoe size, not your cleats size, as cleats can differ, especially if you use soccer cleats.
