Sat has been playing Ultimate for 24 years, but he’s still learning everyday. He loves exercise in general and has done full marathon and triathlon a few times. Sat has been playing with Buzz Bullets and has represented Japan on the international stage many times. He has also been playing in the AUDL with the Los Angeles Aviators.
