Match Announcement: you'll receive the details of your match on Dec. 13 by email.

You’re welcome to send any thoughtful and fun gift that fits the spirit of the holidays and the ultimate frisbee community! Popular ideas include:

How does the Secret Santa work?
Here’s a step-by-step breakdown:
- Sign up: fill out the form above to join by Dec. 12.
- Get your match: on Dec. 13, you’ll receive the details of the person you’ll be sending a gift to.
- Prepare & send your gift: make sure your gift is packed and shipped to your match by Dec. 16.
- Wait for your gift: sit back and relax while your gift from a Secret Santa makes its way to you!
What are the Terms & Conditions of the Secret Santa 2024?
Participants are encouraged to participate in the spirit of holiday giving and fun.😊
- Eligibility: To participate to TOKAY’s 2024 Secret Santa please register at https://tokay-ultimate.com/secret-santa
- Budget: By registering participants agree to cover the cost of their gift, including shipping. A national only option is offered to limit your shipping budget.
- Shipping: Participants are asked to send their gift before Dec. 16th. TOKAY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping. A tracking number is preferred but not mandatory.
- Anonymity: The identity of the gift giver should remain anonymous until the gift is received. Participants will be randomly assigned a recipient by TOKAY.
- Gifts & gifts restrictions: When registering participants will be asked their jersey size, TOKAY’s elves will do their best to match you with someone having a similar size. Gifts should be appropriate for a general audience, including age restricted products (eg. Alcohol) and free from offensive or harmful material.
- No returns/exchanges: Gifts received in the exchange are considered final. The company will not facilitate returns or exchanges.
- Privacy: Personal information collected for the event will be used solely for the purpose of organizing the Secret Santa and will not be shared with third parties or further used by TOKAY.
- Disqualification and disputes: TOKAY reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not adhere to these terms and conditions. Any disputes related to the Secret Santa event will be resolved at TOKAY’s discretion.
- Modification/cancellation: The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the Secret Santa event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Liability: TOKAY will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from participation in the Secret Santa event. This includes, but is not limited to, issues with gift delivery, the condition of received gifts, or any disputes between participants. The company acts solely as an organizer and facilitator of the event and does not assume responsibility for the actions of individual participants.
