Lasma started playing in 2002 when she was 12 years old, because her mom was sport teacher at Salaspils Secondary School and started teaching ultimate frisbee. After 6 month she participated in the first Latvian National women team. From that time she played in every international team -starting with Juniors and then adults: WUGC’14 with Salaspils MIX team, WUBC’17 (10th place,women), EUBC’19 3rd place, Eurostars 2018 and 2019, this year. In 2019 Lasma was awarded European Mixed player of the year.
